Milan approach this showdown with a lingering sense of missed opportunity. They were firmly in the title race for much of the season but lost momentum at a crucial stage and are now focused on locking in a top-four finish. Three defeats in their last five games raise concerns for Massimiliano Allegri, especially as the team’s performances have lacked consistency and fluency.

There is, however, some positive news on the squad front. Milan are close to full strength, with no major injuries, and Alexis Saelemaekers is expected to return on the right wing. In attack, much will depend on the Leão–Pulisic duo, whose individual quality could be decisive against Juventus’s well-structured defense.

Juventus arrive in far better shape. The return of Dušan Vlahović adds further attacking depth, although Jonathan David is still expected to lead the line.
